EarthLIGHT in Action Program
Our partners at Central Sales Lighting Alliance (CSLA) Iowa decided to put EarthLIGHT into Action by hosting a relaxing yoga session for their associates in their new lighting studio. Prioritizing associate physical health and mental well-being is an important focus for CSLA Iowa and they were excited to provide this yoga session in an optimal environment. The new RGBW lighting in their studio added a whole new dimension to the experience, mixing soothing blues and greens with vibrant reds and pinks to create an atmosphere that truly enhanced the yoga session. CSLA Iowa has been selected as the agency winner of the quarterly raffle for our EarthLIGHT in Action program and has decided to give the $10,000 Acuity EarthLIGHT in Action donation to Children and Family Urban Movement (CFUM). CFUM is a non-profit organization that exists to “create a community that supports the potential of children, youth, and families through educational success, healthy living, and community engagement.”
In addition, City Electric Supply (CES) Canada’s EarthLIGHT activity showcases the Acuity Brands 4” Wafer-Thin LED Downlight. By promoting the energy efficiency of this product, CES promoted energy-conscious lighting that is also aesthetically appealing and easy to install. CES Canada has been selected as the customer winner of the quarterly raffle for our EarthLIGHT in Action program and has decided to give the $10,000 Acuity EarthLIGHT in Action donation to Make-A-Wish Canada. The mission of Make-A-Wish is to “provide children with critical illnesses the opportunity to realize their most heartfelt wish. These wishes are more than just moments of happiness; they are crucial in improving medical outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for both the children and their families.”
