EarthLIGHT in Action Program
Our partners at Lighting Associates, Inc. (LAI) decided to put EarthLIGHT into Action by making a difference in their community through supporting The Pollack Family Foundation, a non-profit that provides basic needs to families in the Athens and Greater Atlanta area. Associates at LAI participated in foundation's annual Banquet of Blessings by gathering 1,744 hats and gloves to donate to those in need. We are proud to support their efforts for all the good they are doing in their community. LAI has decided to give the $10,000 Acuity EarthLIGHT in Action donation to The Pollack Family Foundation.
In addition, associates at Loeb Electric volunteered at LifeTown Columbus where students with special needs learn life skills in a nurturing environment. The volunteers worked in the shops within LifeTown to recreate everyday life experiences for the students. Loeb Electric has been selected as the customer winner of the quarterly raffle for our EarthLIGHT in Action program and has decided to give the $10,000 Acuity EarthLIGHT in Action donation to the NSI Food Pantry, an organization that provides food to those in need in the Columbus, Ohio area.
