Extended On-Site Training empowers customers and facility staff to confidently maintain their IOTA® IIS Central Inverter emergency solution. This addition to IOTA's Factory Startup program sends a qualified IIS Inverter technician to the job site to conduct comprehensive training on the proper operation and maintenance of their IIS Central Inverter.

To facilitate our new On-Site Training options, we've made some adjustments to our Factory Startup Regions. The following locations have been assigned to a new Factory Startup Region:
- New Jersey - New Factory Startup Region: 14
- New York City - New Factory Startup Region: 14
- Pennsylvania (Eastern) - New Factory Startup Region: 14
- Georgia - New Factory Startup Region: 15
- New York (Albany Area) - New Factory Startup Region: 16
- Massachusetts - New Factory Startup Region: 17
- Rhode Island - New Factory Startup Region: 17
- Louisiana - New Factory Startup Region: 18
