Customer Experience (CX) makes it easier to contact Technical Support for our lighting products! 

The following 16 email addresses will be consolidated into ONE consolidated email address: 

The new consolidated email address is TechSupport-Lighting@AcuityBrands.com. This change will eliminate confusion and help get customers to the best technical support specialist faster. 

All the aforementioned email addresses will remain active for some time and automatically route to the new inbox, so no communications will be missed during this consolidation period. 

Exception for Specialty Brands & Controls 

Email address of the following lighting brands will remain the same with the intent to consolidate these in the future as well.

Email addresses for all Controls products will remain unchanged.
