BENDIGO HUB, VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA

Located at 195-229 Lyttleton Terrace, Bendigo, Victoria, Australia, Bendigo Hub centralises the delivery of various government services, which were previously scattered across different locations in Bendigo. Following community engagement in mid-2019, the Bendigo Hub concept design was finalised, resulting in a thoughtfully designed building in the heart of the civic precinct.

Key sustainability elements include efficient indoor air quality systems, solar panels, water and energy monitoring systems, and a large timber frame. The building targets a Five Star Green Star certification, reflecting its high sustainability standards.

This facility houses up to 1000 City of Greater Bendigo and Victorian Government workers, creating a one-stop shop for customers and fostering a stronger, collaborative public sector presence.
