Why Distech Controls technology?
Since 2022, SERPOLLET BUILDING TECHNOLOGIES has been leading a turnkey renovation project aimed at modernizing the site's building management system (BMS). The outdated Johnson Controls system has been replaced with a next-generation solution developed by Distech Controls.
This new technology allows for the integration of legacy protocols, including Johnson Controls' N2, while also providing high-performance BACnet IP communication, ensuring optimized site management.
The renovation is still underway, with the owner's investment phased over time to accommodate budgetary and organizational constraints.
