Based out of Boston, Ladd has established himself as a leader capable of navigating the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
Prior to joining Pathway, Ladd spent 14 years with Pharos, a dynamic lighting control solutions manufacturer. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the company's expansion into the USA, contributing significantly to the establishment of Pharos in the region. His efforts were instrumental in growing relationships and crafting a robust sales, support, and distribution strategy.
Ladd inherits a portfolio that has expanded to cover commercial, architectural, and entertainment lighting markets. Pathway has, in recent years, focused on developing both agent and dealer channels, laying a solid foundation for growth.
