The Observe™ cloud luminaire has now been adapted to meet the unique requirements of behavioral health environments.
Observe Cloud was designed with patients and caregivers in mind. The recessed luminaire can be set to ambient, exam, night observation, or sky mode, eliminating unnecessary extra fixtures. Sky mode is an innovative optical treatment that creates a realistic, calming sky effect to help patients feel at ease and reduce agitation cues, while creating a perceived openness in closed rooms. It offers multiple sky configurations for building unique arrays or sky scenes.
To meet the demands of behavioral health environments, Observe Cloud now features abuse-resistant materials that are IK10 compliant. No attachment points, gaps, edges, or seams, plus fully sealed ceiling integration, ensure ligature resistance. And its tamper-proof construction also includes an anti-concealment design so there are no cavities for contraband or tools.
Observe Cloud is designed for the strict cleanliness standards of behavioral health spaces: its antimicrobial finishes support infection control and hygiene.
The luminaire is available in 2x2-foot and 2x4-foot options, with a modular design that supports larger sky layouts with cohesive, aligned cloud formations.
