Locate Invoices and Credit Memos Using the Acuity Distributor Center (ADC)!
With a recent ADC improvement, you will now have visibility of additional financial documents directly on the orders document tab in ADC.
Get Started:
Go to login and/or register.
Once registered and/or logged in, the user will have access to the Credit and Invoice viewer to pull open transactions for their accounts. If you are seeking a copy of a credit and/or invoice (open or closed), please use our Invoice and Credit Viewer function on Acuity Distributor Center. You can search using a Credit Memo number, RA number, Invoice number or Purchase Order number.
If you do not have the Credits/Invoices tab, go to Order Status, filter to the order in question and select the Documents tab on that order. Here you can access pdf versions or email to your customers from the pencil icon.
