ADC Order Upgrade
The ADC Order Information screen will now require a name and email when placing orders. This enables a more efficient connection between you and your agent regarding your online orders.
To make it easier, ADC will remember a users' last entry and auto-populate for the next order. This information will be visible to your agent in case of any questions regarding your order.
Quotes Upgrade
Your agent will now be able to alert you when your ADC quote is ready to convert! An email notification will be sent to you once your quote is ready in Acuity Distributor Center (ADC).
These updates will improve your user experience and help you serve your customers better!
