TechQuest is a purpose-built office building in the west of Singapore with a floor area of 72,366 sq ft. and comprised mainly of research labs and offices. Distech Controls provided the BMS solution for this project, for the control and monitoring of the HVAC system, as well as interfacing with lab control systems.

Our ECY-STAT also proved to be a winning product, as it combined both the thermostat and the controller in a single unit and offered many advanced features.
