The Breithaupt Block is an award-winning adaptive reuse office development located in Kitchener’s Innovation District. The first two phases of the redevelopment included the restoration and revitalization of 130,000 SF of unique brick and beam office space and 3 story glass box addition to a 1950’s-era 2-story industrial building to create 100,000 SF of Class ‘A’ LEED Gold office space. This third phase addition will be a new 11-story, 300,000 SF Class ‘A’ LEED Gold office building that is occupied by Google.
