Located in Perth, Western Australia, Lakeside Shopping Center is the third largest shopping center in Western Australia. The latest redevelopment was completed in 2014, expanding the center’s retail area to 96,000m², comprising over 300 retail stores and services across two levels.
Why Distech Controls Technology?
Distech Controls offered the versatility needed to meet the requirements of multiple redevelopments undertaken by Leopard Controls over a 20-year period. It provided the capability to integrate both new and legacy hardware into a centralized Supervisor Station. A combination of both Eclypse and legacy Distech hardware, including LON and BACnet plant and VAV controllers, along with more than twenty EC-BOS embedded servers, provided the centre with a complete integration solution.
