Located in the heart of Healthpeak’s 20+ acre Torrey Pines Science Park, the Callan Ridge Campus will feature stunning architecture, a green roof viewing deck with unparalleled coastal and canyon views, as well as flexible floor plates, and building systems designed to support life science uses. The project will nearly double the current leasable area by replacing an outdated 90,000 square foot building with a new Class A two-building campus totaling approximately 185,000 square feet. Turning Point Therapeutics is the sole tenant of the entire campus.
Why Distech Controls technology
This will be a full BACnet IP campus leveraging the Distech ECLYPSE product line, UNITOUCH thermostats, Optigo network switches, Visual BACnet, Acuity lighting integration, EC-Net 4 graphics, cloud-based commissioning, and Fault Detection & Diagnostics. The scope of the project includes laboratory airflow controls, utilizing Distech ECY controllers on Accutrol air valves, for general R&D lab spaces and a vivarium.
