UNIWAVE Series Receives Product Innovations Award

ATLANTA -- October 14, 2020 – Distech Controls, an innovation leader connecting people with intelligent building solutions, announced today that the UNIWAVE series of wireless interfaces and remote controls has received a Product Innovations Award from BUILDINGS and interiors+sources. The product is a member of an elite group of 33 innovative products showcased in the September/October issue of BUILDINGS and the October issue of interiors+sources. The UNIWAVE series works as part of the ECLYPSE® Sky Ecosystem from Distech Controls by communicating through Bluetooth® low energy wireless technology to EC-Multi-Sensor-BLE devices, which offer capabilities for temperature, luminosity and motion detection. The UNIWAVE is available as a wireless wall-mounted sensor or in a remote-control version. It also features predefined scenarios programmed for out of the box use and ongoing support of evolving building spaces.

UNIWAVE received the Product Innovations Award at the Merit Award level. Selected for its array of contemporary wireless interfaces that allow for easy access and comfort management of temperature, ventilation, lighting and sun blinds for building occupants.

The UNIWAVE series was recognized in May 2020 by BUILDINGS as a product award winner in the Building & Energy Management category as part of the magazine’s annual Money-Saving Product award program.
