Acuity is aware of the recently disclosed PHP2Shell vulnerabilities that are affecting organizations across multiple industries. Consistent with our vulnerability management and incident response processes, we immediately assessed our environment, implemented additional monitoring and protective controls, and initiated remediation activities where required.
At this time, we have no evidence of unauthorized access or compromise within Acuity systems. We continue to actively monitor the situation, apply vendor-recommended mitigations, and validate our environment as part of our standard cybersecurity operations.
Protecting our customers, products, and business operations remains a top priority, and we will continue to take appropriate actions based on evolving threat intelligence and industry guidance.
