ATLANTA – April 13, 2021 -- Lithonia Lighting®, an Acuity Brands company, announced today two of its innovative luminaires have been selected by EC&M as Category Award Winners in the magazine’s annual Product of the Year Competition, which recognizes excellence in new product development in the electrical industry.
The two product award winners are:
Compact Pro™ LED High Bay family, which won the Luminaires (High Bay) Category. The Compact Pro High Bay’s ultra-compact size and innovative packaging design saves time and money during installation. An innovative glare control lens features White Optics® technology allowing for maximum light output while reducing glare and meeting new DLC 5.1 standards. The Compact Pro High Bay operates up to 55°C ambient, offers robust 6kV surge protection per ANSI standards for industrial environments, and includes V-hook and 36” chain mounting hardware for installation options.
ARC LED Wall-Mount Luminaires, which won the Luminaires (Outdoor-Area-Site) Category. The ARC LED wall-mounted luminaires provide both architectural styling and visually comfortable illumination while providing high energy savings and low initial costs for quick financial payback. The ARC family has two sizes with lumen packages of 1,500 to 6,500 lumens creating a solution that meets the needs of over-the-door lighting to mounting heights of up to 15-feet. These wall-mounted luminaires provide a soft, non-pixelated light source, creating a visually comfortable environment in a compact size with its integrated emergency battery backup option.
