MONTREAL – October 26, 2021 – Distech ControlsTM, an innovation leader connecting people with intelligent building solutions, announced today the addition of two new regional managers to the international sales team – Enrique Morales joins as the Regional Sales Manager for Latin America and Ben Vincent as the Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Canada.
Morales joins Distech with 30 years of industry experience and will be responsible for developing sales channels across Latin America, as well as providing the necessary support infrastructure and resources to support customers in this region. Having spent most of his career within the Facilities Management and Building Automation industries, he brings his knowledge in selling Building Automation/HVAC product and services, including seven years of experience as a building control systems sales leader in previous roles. Morales is based out of Mexico City, and holds a Mechanical-Electrical Engineering degree, from UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico).
Vincent joins Distech with over 14 years of experience working for one of Atlantic Canada’s largest HVAC contractors and will be leveraging his diverse background to promote the extensive line of Distech products, helping to provide solutions and support for customers and system integrators. Prior to joining Distech Controls, he spent over five years launching and managing a building automation division, which tackled various projects such as a large-scale convention center, a high-rise hotel, industrial power generation plants, multi-unit residential complexes, and a medicinal grow op facility. As a Distech Controls authorized systems integrator, he worked directly with the Distech team and product line. Vincent resides in Halifax, Nova Scotia and plans to further grow the market presence in Atlantic Canada while continuing to support customers in Quebec.
