Why is a new release of the Visual Lighting software required?
A future security update to the Visual web servers will require all Visual Lighting users to download and install a new release of the Visual Lighting software. When the web server improvements are made, any version of Visual Lighting 2020 before and including release 2.11.0058 will not activate and cloud-based product selection will not be available.
When will a new release of Visual Lighting software be available?
A notification will be posted on the Visual Lighting start screen and on the Visual website to notify all users a few days before the change and include an exact date when the new Visual Lighting 2020 setup will be available to download.
