We are thrilled to announce our WISE Woman of the Month for June, Elisabeth Gagnon, Vice President of Operations at Distech Controls, overseeing Production, Production engineering, Sourcing & Continuous Improvement. Elisabeth has been with Distech Controls for 15 years, starting at Distech in 2008 to support an ERP implementation project. She then had a dual role for multiple years, leading both the Information Systems & Technology function as well as the Quality Management System. She now leads Operations since 2015, with the same passion for process improvement and digitalization.
