Pathway IP65 rated Opto Splitter 

Pathway Connectivity Solutions now has an IP65 rated Opto Splitter! Like all splitters, the IP65 DMX/RDM Opto Splitter (PWREP IP65), is an essential component of DMX distribution systems, with the added value of being suitable for wet locations, whether indoor or outdoors.

The IP65 Opto Splitter can be used for any luminaire that requires DMX.  For luminaires that utilize feeder cables that combine power and DMX data, this product brings together the line voltage and the low voltage DMX signal into a single cable to the luminaire, including the Mark Architectural Lighting™ and Hydrel® architectural luminaires.

Benefits include: 

  1. Suitable for wet locations – IP65 rated cast aluminum enclosure offers more exterior application options while also remaining suitable for interior applications where water is present.
  2.  4 Bi-Directional DMX/RDM Outputs – Communicates with up to a maximum of 128 DMX/RDM capable devices.
  3.  Isolated Outputs – allows star-wiring configurations while isolating equipment from electrical faults with self-resetting port protection

The PWREP IP65 is the direct replacement for the DPI Box (DPI4WHYD) connecting the Hydrel architectural luminaires and for the DPI Box (MDPI4W) connecting the Mark Architectural Lighting luminaires.
