New eldoLED® Website Enhances User Experience with Improved Search Function, Design, and Product Showcase

ATLANTA – October 4 – eldoLED®, an Acuity Brands company, launched today a newly designed website featuring an upgraded, easy-to-navigate search function with a cleaner, superior look and feel overall to heighten the user experience. The improved imagery confidently displays the products in action, while the 3D renderings further bring the products to life.

The website guides users through three main driver family selections depending on application, performance, and aesthetic requirements:

  • Traditional Dimming for natural illumination, where the goal is to mimic natural light for Dim to Warm and Tunable White applications. eldoLED LightShape technology delivers a seamless natural lighting experience; every room, floor and building will display consistent color and intensity.
  • Dynamic Dimming for evolving illumination, where natural light’s shades of color and tone evolve throughout the day. Dynamic Dimming allows for customizing and specifying Dim to Warm, Tunable White and spectral behavior. This results in light that fits the space, fulfills the installation needs, and feels natural.
  • Color Blending that goes beyond RGB, where multichannel systems enable full-spectrum lighting solutions and manage multiple light sources or luminaires, eldoLED DMX drivers have 32 control handles and LED outputs that support the visions for a space.  Excite, surprise, fade, and dim like never before.

The eldoLED team worked with Chris Beck, Art Director at Wonderland, an experience design studio located in Amsterdam, to bridge on its website the technical side of lighting with the emotional feeling that lighting can often provoke.

“We felt it was important to showcase the storytelling side of the eldoLED journey in a way that was visually stimulating, while also ensuring a technical product experience that tailored to the end user,” said Beck. “Improved product searchability is a significant factor of the new website that we’re excited about. We want experienced users, as well as new visitors to the site to easily navigate and interact with the products in a way that suits their needs.”

The new search function on the site is a much more in-depth experience, using a new filtering system which allows users to look for products using key words, product names, item numbers, and more. This flexibility not only makes products easier to find, but additionally showcases multiple product features with comparative values within the search layers, helping the customer decide which product is the best fit for their needs.
