Acuity Inc.® acquired the business assets of M3 Innovation, LLC, sports lighting startup that uses innovative technology to lower the overall cost of the installation and operation of sports lighting solutions. The solution can retrofit existing systems and unlock new applications across multiple end markets including K-12, higher education, municipalities and infrastructure, and will be integrated with our lighting controls platform. This acquisition is aligned to our growth algorithm: to grow with the market, take share and enter new verticals.
