CFMK RECALL TO REPAIR

On August 19, 2020, Lithonia Lighting®, in conjunction with the US CPSC and Health Canada, issued a voluntary recall to repair for the CFMK bracket for the following CI codes:

If you have any of the above products in inventory, below are the next steps you need to follow:
1. Please contact your local agent to begin a Returns Authorization.
2. Once processed, a credit will be issued for all affected CFMK bracket(s) currently impacted by the recall.
DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT – DO NOT ORDER CLIPS FOR EXISTING CFMK BRACKET INVENTORY - ALL PRODUCT MUST BE FIELD DESTROYED.
By initiating a Returns Authorization request and accepting credit for the CFMK bracket, you agree that you have field destroyed the product and will not offer it for sale.
SALE OF A RECALLED PRODUCT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

2. Can I order clips for my existing CFMK bracket inventory?
No. All CFMK brackets must be field destroyed.
