Updates are here for ELA LED and ERE Remote Families!

Effective 7/31/19, the ELA LED remote family will be discontinued and converted to the ERE family of remotes. Additionally, the ERE nomenclature will change.

This conversion will reflect the following changes: 

• Reduced number of sku’s and families that had the same performance
• Square (SQ) lamp heads all be multi-volt input for both indoor and outdoor
• SQ remotes will be UL listed independently and will operate with 3.6V, 6V, 9.6V and 12V batteries
• Round (RD) remotes will only work with 3.6V batteries with the same lamp output, appearance and colors as previous models

ELA LED Discontinuation / ERE Conversion

1. Indoor Remotes – Square
   1. Discontinuing the ELA LED families, these were 9.6V only
   2. New nomenclature of ERE SQ are MVOLT (3.6V-12V)
   3. UL Listed
   4. NEW CI CODES/ UPC
2. Outdoor Remotes – Square
   1. Discontinuing the ELA LED families, these were 9.6V only
   2. Transition to the new nomenclature of ERE WP SQ
   3. UL Listed

ERE Nomenclature Changes

1. Indoor Remotes – Round Lamp Heads
   1. Adding round (RD) catalog description for the existing ERE 3.6V indoor round remote heads
   2. Adding white (W) instead of blank in the ordering tree to call out the color
   3. Same CI codes and UPCs, this will be a running change from the DC’s

2. Outdoor Remotes – Square Lamp Heads
   1. Adding square (SQ) catalog description for the existing ERE WP Multi-volt (3.6,6,9.6,12V) weatherproof square remote heads
   2. Same CI codes and UPCs, this will be a running change from the DC’s
