Our Eindhoven-based driver company, eldoLED, showcased our latest “Smart Space” innovations: LightShape technology, which simplifies how dynamic white light systems are designed and controlled, and our flagship Internet of Things application: Acuity Brands Indoor Positioning Systems (IPS), whichhelps retailers deliver a tailored, mobile-enabled omnichannel shopping experience.
LightShape embeds color tuning intelligence into the driver, allowing fixture designers to easily set up and fine-tune the driver and LED module for dynamic white lighting. The technology enables Tunable White and Dim-to-Warm applications.
Acuity Brands IPS is the industry's first full-stack Platform-as-a-Service, featuring LED-based Visual Light Communications (VLC) indoor positioning and wayfinding, Bluetooth® beaconing technology, comprehensive mapping and analytics for dwell, traffic and app utilization, and cloud-based network and data management. It’s also fully commercialized and currently deployed in 32.5 million square feet of retail floor space.
Holophane Europe was selected from over 200 nominations. According to the judges, Holophane ‘consistently delivers ‘and is ‘embracing the digitization of lighting’ with ‘confidence and flair.’ The company has designed and manufactured three international award winning products: Haloprism, V-Max and most recently High Mast Advanced Optix (HMAO).
